연구실 소개

이 교수의 연구실은 생물학적 활성 화합물의 신규 자연산물 도입과 천연물에서의 생합성 경로 규명을 중심으로, 특히 해양 기반 균류에서 유래한 스테로이드 화합물의 구조 규명 및 생리활성을 연구하고 있습니다. 동시에 전자재료 분야에서는 산화아연 기반 투명 도전막, 페로일렉트릭 펄스 레이저 에피택시 성장 및 산화티타늄계 페로일렉트릭 재료의 전기적 특성 제어를 통해 나노스케일 전자소자 응용을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 특히, 세포 내 신호전달 경로와 유전자 발현 조절 메커니즘을 분자생물학적 접근과 함께 연구함으로써, 대사질환 및 면역반응 관련 질병의 기전 규명에도 기여하고 있습니다.

Epitaxial growth and structural characterization of transparent conducting ZnO:Al thin film deposited on GaN substrate by rf magnetron sputtering

Transparent conducting oxide Al-modified (2 wt.%) ZnO (AZO) was deposited on a GaN/Al2O3 substrate by rf magnetron sputtering at a substrate temperature of 400 C. Optical investigation of oxygen defect states in SrTiO3 epitaxial thin films

We investigated oxygen defect states in SrTiO3 (STO) thin films by using photoluminescence spectroscopy and spectroscopic ellipsometry. The oxygen-deficient STO homoepitaxial films were fabricated by using different oxygen partial pressures and flow rates for controlling the amount of oxygen vacancies systematically. Metal-ferroelectric-metal (MFM)-structured (Ba0.5Sr0.5)TiO3 (BST) thin films were deposited on a Pt(111)/TiO2/SiO2/Si substrate by pulsed laser deposition. Epigenetic role of nuclear S6K1 in early adipogenesis
