연구실 소개
조상호 교수의 연구실은 생물의학적 소재 및 의공학 분야에서 활동하며, 주로 생체 적합성 고분자 소재, 특히 알긴산 및 폴리비닐알코올 기반의 다공성 하이드로젤 및 스캐폴드의 제작과 응용에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 이와 함께 암의 분자 기전, 특히 β-카테니ン 단백질의 이상이 암 발생에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석도 수행하고 있으며, 광범위한 임상적 응용을 위한 생체재료 설계와 기능 최적화를 목표로 하고 있습니다. 특히, 세포 친화성 향상과 함께 주입 가능하고 기계적 강도를 확보한 생물의학적 소재 개발이 핵심 연구 과제입니다.
