연구실 소개

하상준 교수의 연구실은 면역관문 억제제와 백신 접종을 조합한 전략을 통해 만성 바이러스 감염 및 암에서 기능적으로 소진된 T세포의 기능을 회복시키는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 PD-1/PD-L1, LAG-3, TIGIT 등 다양한 면역관문을 타겟으로 하여 종양 미세환경 내 T세포의 기능을 재활성화하고, IL-12 및 IL-23를 이용한 면역조절 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한, 바이러스 감염과 암에서 T세포의 기능적 소진 메커니즘을 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 치료 백신 및 면역요법을 개발하고자 합니다.

IL-23 has been shown to possess IL-12-like biological activities, but is different in its capacity to stimulate memory T cells in vitro.
