연구실 소개
이상민 교수의 연구실은 에너지 저장 소재 및 첨단 패키징 기술 분야에서 핵심 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 리튬이온이온 배터리의 고용량 음극재인 실리콘 옥사이드(SiOx)의 전기화학적 성능을 최적화하기 위한 나노구조 제어 및 열처리 공정 개발에 주력하며, 고체전해질을 활용한 고성능 전고체 배터리의 실리콘 기반 전극 및 인터페이스 최적화 기술도 함께 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 기계적 캐비테이션을 활용한 솔루션 프로세싱 기법을 통해 나노미터 수준의 고균일한 전고체 전해질 입자를 합성하는 혁신적 기술을 개발하여 전도도와 인터페이스 성능을 동시에 향상시키고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 3D 패키징 기술을 통한 이종 통합 장치 개발 및 고체 전해질 기반 배터리의 실용화 기반 기술 확보에도 기여하고 있습니다.
