연구실 소개

이상설 교수의 연구실은 주로 나노소재의 합성과 물성 제어를 중심으로, 특히 코발트 페라이트 나노입자 및 리튬이온 배터리의 정공 및 산화 상태 변화를 고해상도 동기산광 기반 분석 기법을 통해 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 고에너지 X선 분광법과 회절 기법을 활용한 배터리 재료의 전기화학적 거동 분석을 통해 고성능 에너지 저장 소재의 개발 기반을 마련하고 있습니다. 또한, 3D 메시 처리 기술과 나노재료의 광학적·전자적 특성 분석을 융합한 다학제적 연구도 진행 중입니다.

The mask shadowing effect is a unique phenomenon caused by a mirror-based mask structure and an oblique incident angle of light in the extreme ultraviolet lithography process.
