연구실 소개
엄상원 교수의 연구실은 폐암의 조기 진단 및 정밀 의료를 위한 첨단 유전자 기반 진단 기술과 영상 진단 기반의 림프절 분류에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 혈액 속 자유형 DNA의 메틸화 패tern 분석을 활용한 액체 생검 기술과 PET/CT, 내시경적 영상 기반의 림프절 스테이징 정밀도 향상에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 흡연과 관련된 유전자 메틸화 변화나 만성 폐질환 치료 전략에 대한 임상 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
