연구실 소개
박상원 교수의 연구실은 뇌졸중의 진료 향상과 예후 개선을 위한 임상 연구를 중심으로, 특히 급성 뇌경색과 기계적 혈전제거술의 임상적 영향을 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 감염성 질환, 특히 도시형 콜레스티아(산림지역 감염)와 SFTS 바이러스 등 동남아시아에서 유행하는 열성 질환의 진단 및 생물학적 특성에 대한 기초 연구도 진행 중입니다. 나노소재 기반의 생체재료 개발을 통해 implantable 의료 기기의 생체적합성을 향상시키는 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

We identified the presence of indigenous urban scrub typhus in Seoul, and a subgroup of them had mild clinical features. The chigger mite H. miyagawai infected with O. tsutsugamushi within the city was found. In endemic area, urban scrub typhus needs to be considered as one of the differential febrile diseases and a target for prevention.
This study examined the effects of baicalin, a bioactive flavonoid isolated from Scutellariae Radix, on carbon tetrachloride (CCl(4))-induced liver injury.
