연구실 소개
우상욱 교수의 연구실은 유방암의 최신 수술 기법과 병변의 생물학적 기전을 동시에 탐구하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 로봇 유방절제술 및 내 endoscopic 유전자수술의 임상적 타당성과 안정성을 검토하며, 특히 유방암 환자의 예후에 영향을 미치는 대사성 질환(예: 비알코올성 간지방증)과 혈관침습의 조직학적 구분에 대한 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 염증 반응을 조절하는 내재성 리간드인 15-디옥시-Δ12,14-PGJ₂의 작용 메커니즘을 규명하여 암 진행 억제 전략을 모색하고 있습니다.
