연구실 소개
오상철 교수의 연구실은 전자소자 및 반도체 소재 분야에서 활동하며, 주로 티타니아 산화물 기반의 저항성 스위칭 소자에서 전극 재료가 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 다양한 금속 전극(Platinum, 스테인리스강, 알루미늄 등)을 사용한 메탈/티타니아/플라티넘 구조의 전기적 특성과 화학적 변화를 분석하여 스위칭 안정성의 기초 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 의료 분야의 다양한 질환(결장암, 위암, 간세포암, 만성백혈병 등)의 치료 전략 및 생존 예측 요인을 분석하는 의료정보 기반 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
