연구실 소개
최상희 교수의 연구실은 주로 뇌·척추·관절 및 종양 영상의학 분야에서 MRI를 활용한 정밀 진단과 병변의 해부학적 특성 분석을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 자궁경부암 치료 후 발생하는 골절 및 퇄관성 손상, 관절의 뿌리 테이프 및 캡슐성 금막염의 영상 소견, 피하 혈관 퍼포레이터 플랩을 이용한 피부 종양 수술의 기능적 결과 평가 등 임상적 실용성을 고려한 영상의학적 접근이 두드러집니다. 병변의 해부학적 특성과 생체 반응, 체성 구성 지표와의 연관성 등 다학제적 관점에서 종양 및 만성 질환의 영상 생물학적 기전을 탐구하고 있습니다.

15Radiation-induced pelvic insufficiency fractures are a frequent complication of radiation therapy for uterine cervical cancer. Osteolysis and avascular necrosis of the femoral head were also diagnosed using MRI after radiation therapy.
