연구실 소개
노상호 교수의 연구실은 주로 후생생물질(Postbiotics)과 식이요법이 체내 대사 및 염증 반응에 미치는 영향을 기초 및 임상 모델을 기반으로 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 락토바실러스 플라ნ타럼 L-14에서 유래한 외다당류(EPS)의 항염증, 항산화 작용 및 체중 조절 메커니즘을 세포 및 동물 모델을 통해 규명하고 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 비만 및 대사질환 예방 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한, 식물 호르몬인 인돌-3-아세트산(IAA)의 신경줄기세포 보호 효과 등 생물학적 방어 기전에 대한 연구도 진행 중입니다.
