연구실 소개

방사익 교수의 연구실은 주로 생체분자의 안정적 전달과 조직 재생을 목표로 하며, 단백질 기반 약물의 구강 투여를 위한 나노구조 캡슐(스포로폴레린 껍질 기반) 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한, 면역조절 펩타이드(LL-37)가 간엽줄기세포의 기능에 미치는 영향과 암세포의 전이 메커니즘을 규명하는 데에도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다. 특히 유전자 조절, 세포 이동성, 조직 재생 및 생체재료의 안정성 평가를 중심으로 임상적 응용가능성이 높은 기초-임상 연계 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
