연구실 소개

임상우 교수의 연구실은 주로 나노구조 산화 zinc 산화물(ZnO) 나노소재의 합성 및 응용에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 수열법을 이용한 ZnO 나노나선 및 나노나선의 성장 메커니즘 규명과, 이를 바탕으로 한 태양전지, 전자소자 등 응용 기술 개발을 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 저유전율 필름을 활용한 반도체 집적회로 기술 개선과 같은 전자재료 분야의 기초 연구도 함께 수행하고 있습니다.

To investigate the effect of seed layer on the growth of ZnO nanorods during hydrothermal synthesis, different types of sputter-deposited ZnO films were used. The changes in growth rate, diameter, density, and surface area of highly oriented ZnO nanorods on each seed layer were examined. A thin ZnS shell was formed on ZnO nanowires using ZnSO 4 and thiourea in an NH 4 OH (ZTA) precursor solution, and its effect on the performance of a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was investigated.
