연구실 소개
오세일 교수의 연구실은 심부전 및 심부정맥 조절을 위한 치료적 접근을 중심으로, 심장 리듬 장애, 특히 심방세동의 기전과 치료 전략에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 심장의 자율신경 조절, 폐정맥 고립 수술 후 심장 구조적 변화, 그리고 전기생리학적 기반의 고도화된 ablation 기법 개발을 통해 임상적 결과를 향상시키는 데 목적이 있습니다. 또한 당뇨병 환자에서의 내피 기능 이상과 혈관 반응성 변화에 대한 기전 연구를 병행하여 심혈관계 질환의 종합적 이해를 도모하고 있습니다.
