박세준 교수 연구실은 척추변형 및 척추내고정 수술의 장기적 안정성과 합병증 예방을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 장기적 체결술 후 발생할 수 있는 상부관절성경화증(PJF)과 상부관절성압박(PJK)의 위험 인자 분석, 나이에 맞춘 세로축 정렬의 임상적 영향, 그리고 측면 척추간유합술(LLIF)에서 고정소재의 최적 위치에 대한 정밀한 영상학적 분석을 핵심 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 이는 환자의 기능적 회복과 수술 결과의 지속 가능성을 높이기 위한 체계적 접근입니다.
