연구실 소개
박서연 교수의 연구실은 고성능 유기광전소자 및 유기발광소자 기반의 신소재 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 폭넓은 흡수 영역을 확보하기 위한 고가시광역 폴리머 및 TADF(열활성지연형 발광) 발광체의 설계와 합성, 효소를 활용한 농산부산물의 기능성 식이섬유 전환 기술까지 다각도의 응용 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 이와 함께, 광학 간섭단층촬영(OCT)을 위한 실리콘 포토닉 집적회로 기반의 고성능 센서 기술 개발도 함께 진행 중입니다.

New electron-acceptor cores are necessary for developing highly efficient bipolar hosts, particularly for blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). 본 연구에서는 농산부산물인 배추 겉잎의 이용성을 증진시키기 위하여 배추의 불용성 식이섬유인 hemicellulose를 분획한 후 효소 처리하여 수용성 식이섬유를 함유한 가수분해물을 생산하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 pH, 온도, 기질농도 및 효소농도에서 hemicellulose 분획을 효소 처리한 후 환원당 함량을 측정한 결과, pH 5.0, <TEX>$40^{\circ}C$</TEX>, 효소농도 45 unit (Shearzyme plus), 21 unit Viscozyme L)의 조건으로 가수분해 했을 때 가장 높은 분해율을 나타내었다. 선정된 조건으로 72시간 가수분해하여 수율을 측정한 결과, Shearzyme plus 및 Viscozyme L 처리 시 각각 22.64%와 24.73%의 수율을 보였다. 또한 알코올 불용성 식이섬유의 겔크로마토그래피에 의한 분자량 분포를 확인한 결과, Shearzyme plus 및 Viscozyme L에 의해 생성된 식이섬유는 반응 시간이 증가
The feasibility of a 10 Gbit/s/channel WDM network is experimentally demonstrated using dynamic gain-controlled EDFAs that suppress the surviving channel power transients in themselves without the use of a link control channel. The authors have successfully transmitted one surviving channel without power penalty over 80 km DSF when seven out of eight channels are added/dropped at 1 kHz.
