연구실 소개

윤서연 교수의 연구실은 척추의 생체역학적 기전과 척추 질환 관련 신경근학적 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 경추의 굴곡 각도 변화와 경추 근육의 생체정보를 MRI를 활용해 분석함으로써 통증 발생 메커니즘을 규명하고 있으며, 신경병성 통증의 약리학적 조절 기전과 척수 수용체 작용을 탐색하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 운동요법, 충격파 치료 등 비약리적 치료법의 효과 분석을 통해 임상적 적용 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다.
