본 연구는 매장 내의 감각적 요소가 매장 내 소비감정에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 소비감정이 소비자 만족, 매장 태도 및 매장 애호도에 미치는 영향을 검증해 보았다. 연구 결과, 후각적 요소를 제외한 시각, 청각, 촉각적 요소들이 긍정적 감정에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 매장 내 환경 요소들의 영향력과 중요성이 실증적으로 검증되었다. 또한 긍정적 소비감정은 소비자 만족과 매장 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 매장 내에서 경험한 신나는 기분, 즐거움, 행복함과 같은 긍정적 감정 체험을 많이 경험할수록 소비자 만족과 매장 태도도 높게 나타나고 있었다. 또한, 소비감정이 매장 애호도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기보다는 만족과 매장 태도를 매개하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of parental beliefs, efficacy and stress on mother’s parenting behaviors. This study examines how social environmental norms (injunctive and descriptive norms) affect individuals' environmental behavior.
