This article is triggered by an analytic puzzle. In about half of a corpus of Korean telephone openings, callers produce a second summons, yeposeyyo, in the second turn of the opening sequence. The analysis unravels the interactional and organizational contingencies involved in the construction of the caller's second summons. It shows that the second summons operates as a vehicle for inviting recognition, and that the answerers overlay their work of recognition onto their talk in the third turn.

This study aimed to examine the comprehensive impact of five aspects of the nursing work environment as well as supervisory support, nurse characteristics, and burnout on intent to stay (ITS) among Korean hospital nurses. 본 연구의 목적은 놀이치료자의 역기능적 완벽주의와 소진과의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 밝히는 것이다. 서울 및 경기지역에 종사하는 놀이치료자 180명을 대상으로 Baron & Kenny(1986)의 매개모형 검증 절차를 활용하여 분석하였고 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 놀이치료자의 역기능적 완벽주의와 소진의 하위변인인, 정서적 소모와 직업적 회의, 상담에 대한 부정적 태도와의 관계에서 자기효능감의 하위변인 중 ‘어려운 내담자 행동 다루기’만이 매개변인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 놀이치료자의 개인의 심리적 자원들이 어떠한 경로로 소진에 영향을 미치는지를 밝힘으로서 향후 소진 예방을 위한 상담자교육에 이론적 기여를 할 것이다.

서비스스케이프(servicescape)는 자연적·사회적 환경과 대비되는 인간이 만든 인위적으로 만든 환경으로 구체적으로 서비스가 생산되고 전달되는 물리적인 시설을 의미한다. 호텔의 서비스스케이프는 호텔 선택의 가장 큰 중요한 원인이 되며 사용자의 만족이나 행동에 큰 영향을 미친다. 일반적으로 서비스스케이프에 관한 연구는 서비스 마케팅의 전략적 요소로서 마케팅 분야에서 주로 다루어져 왔다. 본 연구는 마케팅 뿐 아니라 환경심리학과 건축 및 디자인 측면에서 호텔에서 요구되는 서비스스케이프 요인을 파악하고 이에 따라 호텔의 서비스스케이프의 특성을 분석함으로써 호텔 시설을 효율적으로 운영하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 호텔에서 요구되는 서비스스케이프 요인을 파악하였고 도출된 서비스스케이프를 기준으로 서울시 관광호텔의 현황을 파악하였다. 연구결과, 호텔의 서비스스케이프 요인으로 청결성, 쾌적성, 편의성, 심미성으로 나타났다. 제시된 요인에 따라 서울의 관광호텔의 서비스스케이프

본 연구에서는 상담 기관에 종사하는 놀이치료사 123명을 대상으로 놀이치료자의 경력과 훈련경험에 따른 자기효능감과 소진의 차이를 알아보고자 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 상담기간과 사례 수, 슈퍼비전에 따라 자기효능감은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 상담기간과 사례 수, 슈퍼비전에 따라 소진은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 놀이치료사가 다양한 사례경험과 슈퍼비전 경험을 갖게 되면 놀이치료 성과를 높이는데 기여할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 신입간호사의 외상 후 성장, 사회적 지지, 직무스트레스, 지각된 건강상태가 희망에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구방법은 상급종합병원에 근무하는 신입간호사를 대상으로 자료수집하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS program 22.0 version을 이용하였으며 총 176부의 자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 다중회귀분석 결과 본 연구의 회귀모형은 유의하였으며(F =33.38, p .001), 모형의 설명력을 나타내는 수정된 결정계수(Adjusted R2)는 .36로 나타났다. 희망에 영향을 주는 변수는 외상 후 성장, 사회적 지지, 지각된 건강상태 순이며, 직무스트레스는 통계적으로 유의한 영향요인이 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 결론은 신입간호사의 희망과 예측요인을 고려하여 주어진 간호업무에 만족할 수 있도록 근무조건 및 환경을 조성하기위한 병원 차원에서의 정책적인 노력이 필요하겠다.
