연구실 소개

이승훈 교수의 연구실은 수면 무호흡증과 관련된 진단 기술 및 병태생리학적 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 워치형 포터블 모니터링 장치(Watch-PAT)의 임상적 유효성과 수면 중 입을 열고 있는 상태가 수면 무호흡증에 미치는 영향을 해부학적·내 endoscopic적 방법으로 분석하고 있습니다. 또한, 수면 무호흡증 환자에서의 응고 이상과 심혈관계 합병증 간의 연관성, 그리고 뇌신생물의 생존 및 진행에 관여하는 분자 기전(예: EGFRvIII-PEDF-Notch1 경로)에 대해서도 깊이 있는 기초 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

This study examined the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) scale.
