연구실 소개

이승환 교수의 연구실은 신경성 통증과 위산 관련 질환의 병태생리 기전을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 신경손상에 의한 만성 통증에서 면역세포와 신경세포 간의 상호작용, 특히 마크로파지·미세소극세포의 역할을 중심으로 신경면역 상호작용을 연구하고 있으며, 동시에 새로운 위산저해제 약물의 약리동역학과 약물 대사 유전자의 영향을 분석하여 개인 맞춤 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 이와 함께 P-CABs(칼륨경쟁적산저해제)의 약리적 효과와 안전성에 대한 다국적 임상 연구를 통해 약물의 임상적 응용 가능성을 높이고자 합니다.
