연구실 소개
문승환 교수의 연구실은 정밀 의료를 목표로 하여 PET/CT 영상 기반의 종양 생물학적 특성과 대사 변화를 정량적으로 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 난치성 림프종, 구강부 편도암 등 다양한 암 종양에서 대사 용적 지표(예: MTV, TLG)와 FDG 흡수 패턴을 활용한 예후 예측 및 치료 반응 평가에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 알츠하이머병과 같은 신경퇴행성 질환에서 아밀로이드 단백질 정량화의 표준화 및 영상 진단의 정확성 향상에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 함께 대사증후군과 관련된 염증 반응, 예를 들어 간지방간 환자에서 경동맥 염증의 영상학적 증거를 규명하며 대사질환과 혈관질환의 연관성에 대한 새로운 통찰을 제공하고 있습니다.
