연구실 소개
한승혁 교수의 연구실은 만성 신장질환의 발달 기전과 신장 섬유화, 특히 대사 변화와 신호전달 경로의 역할에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 Notch 경로와 PGC-1α를 통한 세밀한 대사 조절 메커니즘, LKB1가 신장 상피세포의 극성과 기능 유지에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 있으며, IgA 난류병에서의 신증 증후군 발생 및 병행 병변의 역학적 특성에 대해서도 심층 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 만성 신장질환의 조기 진단 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 개발에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.
