연구실 소개
용승현 교수의 연구실은 폐암, 간질성 폐질환, 류마티스성 폐질환 등 다양한 폐질환의 미생물군(마이크로바이옴)과 면역 반응의 상관관계를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 폐암 환자의 PD-L1 발현 수준과 연관된 폐 미생물군의 변화, 간질성 폐질환에서 스테로이드 치료의 효과 및 예후 요인 분석을 통해 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 내시경적 폐생검 영상 분석에 인공지능 기술을 접목해 진단 정확도를 향상시키는 기술 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다.
