연구실 소개

이승준 교수의 연구실은 혈관 내피 기능 유지와 관련된 분자 기전을 중심으로, 패혈증, 심근경색, 당뇨병성 혈관병변 등 혈관성 질환의 발달 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 항염증 및 혈관 보호 작용을 갖는 TIE2 수용체 활성화, ANG2 억제, GLP-2 수용체 기반 장내막 보호 작용 등 혈관 안정성 유지를 위한 타겟 기반 치료 전략 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한 비침습적 약물 도자 기술인 초음파를 이용한 피하 투여 시스템 개발을 통해 당뇨병 치료의 새로운 접근법을 모색하고 있습니다.

Protection of endothelial integrity has been recognized as a frontline approach to alleviating sepsis progression, yet no effective agent for preserving endothelial integrity is available.
