유승진 교수의 연구실은 유기 전자소자 및 에너지 효율 기술 분야에서 핵심적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 유기발광다이오드(OLEDo)의 전자수송층 소재 개발과 고성능 편광소자, 저전력 스캔 드라이버 등 전자소자 설계 및 소재 혁신에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 이와 더불어 의료 영상 분석 및 하이브리드 건설기계의 에너지 효율 향상 기술까지 다각도로 응용 연구를 전개하고 있습니다. 특히 딥러닝 기반 영상처리와 나노소재 기반 전자소재 개발이 핵심 기술 기반입니다.

A new low-power scan driver using amorphous In-Ga-Zn-O (a-IGZO) thin-film transistor (TFT) is proposed.
