연구실 소개
이승묵 교수의 연구실은 종양 유전체학과 단백질 분석 기술을 기반으로 암의 분자 기전을 규명하고, 새로운 생물학적 표적과 바이오마커를 도출하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 위장역세포종양(GIST), 낮은 등급의 뇌신생물(저-grade glioma), 간세포암 등 특정 암 종류의 유전자 변동과 단백질 발현 변화를 종단적 샘플을 통해 분석하며, 질병의 악성 전환 메커니즘을 밝혀내는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 질량분석 데이터를 정밀하게 분석할 수 있는 신규 통계적 분석 방법(Q-FISH)을 개발하여 단백질 바이오마커 발굴에 응용하고 있습니다.

We analyzed the genome of a rhabdoid glioblastoma (R-GBM) tumor, a very rare variant of GBM.
