조성혜 교수의 연구실은 신시장 기업, 다국적 기업, 신규 창업 기업의 전략적 행동과 성과를 중심으로, 동적 역량, 기업가정신, 기업 사회적 책임, 기술 혁신, 디지털 전환 등 다양한 요소가 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 탐구합니다. 특히 중국을 비롯한 신 emerging market 기업들의 외부 환경 변화와 내부 역량 간의 상호작용, 정부 정책 및 제도적 압력이 기업의 해외 진출과 혁신에 미치는 영향을 다룹니다. 코로나19 패닉과 같은 급격한 외부 충격 상황에서의 조직 대응과 리더십 역할도 핵심 연구 주제입니다.
