연구실 소개

이시은 교수의 연구실은 산부인과 및 산모-태아 건강 분야에서 임상적 정확도를 높이기 위한 생물학적 마커와 영상 유사도 기반 진단 기술 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 양성자궁경부 분비물 내 플라센타 알파-마이크로글로불린-1 측정을 통한 양수막파열 진단, 유방초음파 영상의 레이디오믹스 분석을 활용한 삼중음성유방암과 섬유선종의 구별 진단, 그리고 양수내 염증 반응과 프로스타글란딘 농도 변화 간의 연관성 분석을 통해 고위험 임신의 조기 경과 예측에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 전통 한방약재인 에우랄레아 페론의 항산화 작용 메커니즘에 대한 기초 연구를 병행하여, 임상 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.
