연구실 소개

임신혁 교수의 연구실은 장내 미생물군이 면역 반응과 관련 질환에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 장내 세균이 면역 조절 기능을 어떻게 유도하는지에 대한 분자 기전을 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 알레르기 및 자가면역질환 예방을 위한 프로바이오틱스 기반 치료 전략을 개발하고자 합니다. 또한, 인간 장내 미생물 환경을 재현하는 인간화된 무균 마우스 모델을 활용한 기초 연구와 함께, 면역세포와의 상호작용을 분석하는 in vitro 스크리닝 체계를 구축하여 기능적 미생물 후보를 체계적으로 도출하고 있습니다.

Ca2+/calcineurin-NFAT-mediated signaling pathways are involved in diverse cellular reactions by regulating gene expression either positively or negatively.
