연구실 소개
정석종 교수의 연구실은 파킨슨병에서 뇌의 병리적 변화와 임상적 경과를 이해하기 위해 뇌영상 및 생물학적 지표를 기반으로 한 정밀의학적 접근을 펼치고 있습니다. 특히 뇌간질환의 정밀진단을 위한 고해상도 MRI, 도파민 수용체 영상, 그리고 갈락스피틱 시스템 기능 평가를 통해 조기병태 진단 및 예후 예측 모델을 개발하고 있습니다. 뇌의 림프성 배출 기능, 도파민성 신경 손실, 인지기능 저하의 뇌 구조적 기초를 다루며, 신경퇴행성질환의 조기 발견과 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
