연구실 소개
송송이 교수의 연구실은 한국의 병원내과의사(병원학자)의 직무 환경과 직무 만족도, 특히 번아웃과 정신건강 문제에 초점을 맞춘 의료 인력의 복지와 조직적 지원 체계를 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 병원학자들의 정신건강 상태와 직무 스트레스 요인을 분석함으로써, 환자 안전과 의료 품질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 정책적 인사이트를 도출하고자 합니다. 최근에는 병원학자들의 연구 참여도와 교육 이수 현황 등 직무 전반의 구조적 요인 분석에도 관심을 기울이고 있습니다.
