연구실 소개

오수환 교수의 연구실은 세포의 자가분해 작용인 자가포식과 바이러스의 세포 내 침투 메커니즘을 중심으로, 암 진행 및 바이러스 감염에서 핵심적인 역할을 하는 단백질들, 특히 UVRAG의 기능과 기전을 규명하고 있습니다. 자가포식과 세포 사멸 조절을 동시에 조절하는 분자들이 암 전이와 치료 내성에 어떻게 기여하는지, 다양한 바이러스의 세포 유입 메커니즘을 밝혀내는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 유전자 편집, 체세포 유전자 분석, 단백질-막 상호작용 분석을 융합한 다층적 접근 방식을 통해 질병 기전을 체계적으로 규명하고 있습니다.
