연구실 소개
이수현 교수의 연구실은 주로 약물 전달 시스템과 생체 적합성 재료를 중심으로 활성화 가능한 펩타이드 기반의 정밀 치료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 결장 점막에 목표로 하는 핵산 약물 전달을 위해 박테리아 아조레덕타제를 트리거로 사용하는 가역적 활성화 페프티드 시스템과, 천연 고분자인 케이터골-치토산을 기반으로 한 면역 반응 최소화형 수혈용 수화젤을 개발하여 임상적 응용 가능성을 높이고 있습니다. 또한 RNA 기반 나노소재와 심리적 건강 지원 프로그램을 통한 암 환자 관리 전략 등 다학제적 접근을 통해 종양 치료의 전반적 질적 향상을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
