연구실 소개
신수정 교수의 연구실은 주로 치과 임상에서의 생체재료, 특히 칼슘 실리케이트 기반 수복재와 미네랄 트라이옥사이드 아크릴레이트(MTA)의 생물학적 및 물리적 성질을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 염증성 치수염과 치근단 병변에서의 마트리크스 금속단백질분해효소(MMP) 발현, 뼈 형성과 혈관신생과 관련된 치수줄기세포(SCAP)의 반응 분석 등 치료 효과를 높이기 위한 세포 수준의 메커니즘 규명에도 주력하고 있습니다. 또한 QLF 기반의 균열 진단 기술 등 정밀 진단 기법의 임상적 적용 가능성에 대해서도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.
