연구실 소개
정수윤 교수의 연구실은 종양 생물학과 유전체학을 기반으로 희귀 암, 특히 아典드 카세오시드 근세포암(ACC)과 췌장암의 분자 기전을 규명하고자 합니다. 특히 유전자 재조합, DNA 손상 복구 및 종양 미세환경과 관련된 신호전달 경로의 역할을 중심으로 기초 및 번역 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 유전체 시퀀싱과 크로마틴 구조 분석을 통해 암의 발생과 내성 메커니즘을 밝혀내는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 이와 함께, 단백질 구조 예측 및 유전자 조절 메커니즘에 대한 기초 연구도 병행하여 암 치료의 새로운 표적을 모색하고 있습니다.
