연구실 소개
조수환 교수의 연구실은 주로 국민건강보험 데이터를 활용한 대규모 인구기반 코hort 연구를 중심으로, 체중 이상(저체중 포함)과 심혈관 질환, 뇌졸중, 심근경색, 알츠하이머병, 간질환, 결핵 등 다양한 만성질환 간의 인과관계를 탐구하고 있습니다. 특히 아시아인을 대상으로 한 체질량지수(BMI)와 질환 간의 연관성에 초점을 맞추며, 나이, 성별, 생활습관, 기저질환 등을 보정한 정밀한 분석을 수행합니다. 또한 장시간 앉아있는 생활습관과 대사 지표 간의 관계 등 생활습관 요법과 건강 위험 요소 간의 상호작용에 대해서도 꾸준히 연구하고 있습니다.
