Thin films of hafnium-aluminum-oxide [(HfO2)x(Al2O3)1.x] were investigated as a potential replacement for SiO2 gate dielectrics. Al2O3, HfO2, and hafnium-aluminum-oxide films weresuccessfully deposited using the atomic layer deposition (ALD) method at 300 C. 2008년 세계보건기구(WHO)의 통계에 따르면 선진국의 복약순응도는 전체 약을 복용하는 인구의 50%에 그친다. 우리나라의 경우, 2002년 보건복지부 국민건강영양조사 결과 고혈압약을 복용 중인 남성의 복약 순응도는 30.2%(여성 42.2%)만이 시간에 맞춰 꾸준히 약을 복용하는 것으로 조사됐다. 복약순응도가 떨어질 경우 사용자인 환자의 건강에 좋지 않은 영향을 주며 생명에 지장을 줄 수도 있다. 이런 복약순응도가 떨어지는 가장 큰 이유는 사용자인 환자가 고령자를 비롯해 시각인지 능력이 떨어지는 사람이 많아 현재의 복용에 관련된 전문적인 언어와 작은 텍스트들로 이루어진 시각 정보를 제대로 인지하지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 의약품 패키지의 정보 디자인에 초점을 맞춰, 의약품 패키지 정보디자인의 요소 중 복약순응도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 디자인 이론들을 알아보고, 현재 의약품 패키지 정보디자인의 현황 및 문제점 분석과 더불어 복약순응도가 우수한 해외의 의약품 패키지의 정보디

This study explores referring expressions in naturally-occurring contemporary English and Korean written corpus and gives a pragmatic account of the systematic distribution. This paper examines egressive aspectualizers, verbs of ‘ending’, in terms of aspectual meaning and situation types by comparatively analyzing the corresponding examples in English and Korean.
