연구실 소개

하석규 교수의 연구실은 망막 및 시신경의 혈류 변화, 안구운동 기능 이상, 특히 간헐적 외전편시(IXT)와 관련된 조절 부담, 심박수 변화 등 시신경-순환계 상호작용을 중심으로 한 임상적·기전적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 마취 중 발생하는 안심반사(OCR)의 유발 요인과 VR·헤드셋 사용이 청소년의 시각 기능에 미치는 영향 등 신경안과적 측면의 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 동물 모델을 활용한 혈관생장인자(VEGF), 프로스타글란딘 등 생체활성물질의 변화 분석을 통해 조직 혈류 변화의 분자기전을 탐색하고 있습니다.
