연구실 소개

박성하 교수의 연구실은 DNA 기반 나노소재의 설계 및 응용에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 DNA의 자가조립 특성을 활용한 정밀한 나노구조물 제작과 센서 응용을 핵심 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 전기영동침착법을 활용한 하이드로우레오파이트-폴리비닐알코올 복합 코팅 개발에서부터, 탄소나노튜브와 결합한 DNA 복합막의 전기적·물리적 특성 분석에 이르기까지 다학제적 접근을 통해 나노생물소재의 기초 및 응용 기술을 선도하고 있습니다. 특히 생체분자인 스트렙티바이딘과의 특이적 상호작용을 활용한 섬세한 광학 센서 개발은 bio-aerosol 감지 분야의 혁신적 기여를 하고 있습니다.

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) coated hydroxyapatite was deposited onto a 316L stainless steel substrate by electrophoretic deposition. Deposition was carried out in a methanol suspension at pH 5.5 using a graphite rod as an anode. Parameters such as PVA concentration, deposition voltage and time were optimized to achieve a homogeneous, crack-free adhesive coating. 현대중국어 양태조동사 ‘要’의 어법특성 분석 - 주어와의 공기여부를 중심으로 -

本文通过对现代汉语情态助动词“要”能否与主语同现的分析来考察“要”的语法特征。首先根据‘要’的情态意义来进行类型分类。其中,动力情态分为“意志”和“意图”;道义情态分为“强义务”和“弱义务”,“强义务”又分为“自然道理”和“环境要求”,“弱义务”又分为“劝告”,“命令”和“规范”;认识情态分为“常识”,“可能”,“推断”和“预测(复合预测,单纯预测)”。通过对以上各类的分析发现,动力情态不能与第二人称和非生命主语同现,道义情态中强义务与主语同现使用时所受到的制约比弱义务更多。而认识情态与动力情态及道义情态相比,所受到的制约相对较少。

The main aim of doping DNA lattices with lanthanide ions (Ln-DNA complex) is to change the physical functionalities for specific target applications such as electronics and biophotonics. Photoresistivity and optical switching of graphene with DNA lattices

We present the photon induced conductivity of 2D DNA lattices with and without graphene and demonstrate the switching current responses controlled by light irradiation. The conductivity in the DNA lattices with protein streptavidin controlled by blue and white lights shows significant enhancement with the addition of graphene. Coverage percentage and coverage rate of different DNA nanostructures grown on a mica substrate

현대중국어 ‘就要’와 ‘快要’의 어법특성 비교

本文通过对现代汉语"就要"、"快要"能否与其他语法成分共现的分析来考察"就要"、"快要"的语法特征的区别。首先根据"就要"、"快要"的情态意义来进行类型分析。其中,"就要"拥有动力情态、道义情态、认识情态,可是"快要"只有认识情态。这就是说明"就要"、"快要"的内部结构不一样,因此它们的语法特征也不一样。其次根据"就要"、"快要"的共现副词及时间词 来进行分析发现,"就要"注重事情的关连性和主观性,"快要"注重事情的时间性。最后根据"就要"、"快要"的共现助词"了"来进行分析发现,"快要"与"就要"相比,所受到的制约相对较少。通过对以上共现情况的分析发现,这些"快要"与"就要"共现情况的不同反映了它们的语法特征的不同。
