Delayed hemorrhage after pancreaticoduodenectomy is associated with a high mortality. Intraabdominal complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy should be evaluated properly and guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of delayed hemorrhage should be established in advance. Clinicians must be alert to the possibility of pseudoaneurysm hemorrhage.

A nomogram predicting malignancy in patients with BD-IPMN was constructed using a logistic regression model. This nomogram may be useful in identifying patients at risk of malignancy and for selecting optimal treatment methods. BACKGROUND AND AIM: Our aim was to evaluate the predictive factors for survival and disease-free survival of patients with resected intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). 본 논문은 한국채택국제회계기준(K-IFRS)을 자발적으로 조기도입한 기업들이 K-IFRS의 적용으로 기업의 경영성과를 높여 보이고 싶어 하는지와 한국회계기준(K-GAAP)에서 K-IFRS로 전환시 발생하는 순이익과 순자산의 조정액이 기업가치에 대하여 추가적인 가치관련성을 갖는지를 연구했다. 본 논문은 2009년에 14개, 2010년에 45개의 K-IFRS 조기도입 기업을 대상으로 하였다. K-IFRS 조기도입 기업은 도입 1년 전 재무제표 주석에 K-GAAP에서 K-IFRS로의 전환에 따른 재무상태 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 계량정보를 공시하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 공시내용을 연구자료로 사용했다. 연구결과에 의하면, K-GAAP 적용시 ROA(ROE)가 낮을수록 K-GAAP에서 K-IFRS로 전환시 ROA(ROE)가 유의하게 증가했다. 이는 조기도입 기업들이 K-IFRS 도입으로 ROA(ROE)를 증가시키려는 동기가 있음을 가리킨다. 한편 K-GAAP에서 K-IFRS로 전환시

우리나라는 회계정보의 신뢰성과 투명성을 제고시키기 위하여 2011년부터 IFRS를 모든 상장기업에 의무적으로 적용시키고 있다. 본 논문은 새로 채택한 K-IFRS가 과거의 K-GAAP으로 산출된 회계정보에 비하여 회계의 질을 향상시키는지를 살펴보았다. 회계의 질은 주가에 대한 회계정보의 가치관련성과 회계정보 공시시점에서의 투자자의 반응으로 측정하였다. 연구자료는 2010년 말의 사업보고서와 감사보고서에 공시된 K-IFRS 채택 사전공시자료를 이용했는데, 이 자료에는 2010년도 재무보고서의 중요 회계수치를 K-IFRS로 변환한 정보가 공시된다. 따라서 본 연구는 동일 기업의 동일 회계기간에 K-GAAP과 K-IFRS로 각각 산출된 회계수치를 이용하여 회계의 질의 차이를 검증하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, K-GAAP에서 K-IFRS로의 전환시에 순이익의 조정금액은 K-GAAP 공시정보에 비하여 추가적 가치관련성이 있었으나, 순자산의 조정금액은 오히려 가치관련성을 감소시키고 있었다. 순자

목적 : 초극소저출생체중아와 극소저출생체중아의 미숙아망막병증 발생율 및 위험인자를 알아보고자 조사하였다. 대상과 방법 : 수태후연령 31주 이상 또는 역연령 4주 이상인 미숙아를 대상으로 선별검사하였다. 출생체중을 999 g 이하의 초극소저출생체중아와 1000～1500 g의 극소저출생체중아로 나누어 후향적으로 조사하였다. 결과 : 308명 중 초극소저출생체중아는 112명(36.4%), 극저출생체중아는 196명(63.6%)이었고, 미숙아망막병증은 각각 70.5% (79/112)와 36.7% (72/196)에서 발생하였다(p<0.0001). 광응고술치료가 필요했던 경우는 초극소저출생체중아에서 39.2% (31/79), 극소저출생체중아에서는 23.6% (17/72)였다(p<0.0001). 모든 환자군에서 인공호흡, 계면활성제 사용이 미숙아망막병증 발생의 위험인자였고, 극소저출생체중아군에서는 계면활성제 사용만이 위험인자였다. 계면활성제 사용은 미숙아망막병증 발생과 관련이 있었지만, 악화 인
