A Study on Factors Affecting Job Seekers’ Utilization of Social Networks

본 논문은 해외동반진출의 관점에서 한국 전자산업 하청기업의 해외진출과정을 유발한 요인과 생산네트워크의 변화에 대한 분석을 목적으로 한다. 한국 전자산업 하청기업의 해외동반진출을 살펴보기 위하여 심층인터뷰가 진행되었다. 한국 전자산업 하청기업의 경우 초국적기업의 공급자로 역할하며 최근 이들과 베트남 북부지역으로 동반진출이 나타나고 있다. 1990년대부터 시작한 한국 기업의 베트남 투자는 초기 섬유·의복 산업을 중심으로 베트남 남부지역에 투자가 집중되었으나, 2000년대 말 한국 전자산업 초국적기업의 베트남 진출 이후 전자산업의 베트남 북부 진출이 가속화되고 있다. 한국 전자산업의 해외동반진출은 물리적 근접성, 비대칭적 기업간 관계, 네트워크 착근성 세 가지 측면에서 나타나게 되었다. 해외동반진출과정을 겪으며, 베트남에는 기존 한국 전자산업 생산네트워크가 베트남 현지에 이식되어 부분적으로 수정되고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 해외동반진출과정에서 기존 기업의 위계성과 거래관계 변화의 어려움에

이 연구에서는 교육실습에서 예비과학교사의 과학수업 중 발문에 대한 반성의 특징을 생산적 반성 관점에서 분석하였다. 분석에서 사용된 생산적 반성은 ‘학습자와 학습’, ‘지도’, ‘내용 지식’, ‘평가’ 네가지 측면을 가지고 있다. 서울특별시에 소재한 사범대학 화학교육과에 재학 중이고, 교육실습에 참여하는 예비과학교사 5명이 연구에참여하였다. 예비과학교사는 교육실습에서 진행한 자신의 1차시 과학수업 동영상을 보면서 발성 사고법을 통해 자신의 수업 중 발문에 대해 반성하였다. 발성 사고 후 반구조화된 면담도 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 예비과학교사들은 수업의 여러 측면 중 ‘지도’ 측면과 ‘학습자와 학습’ 측면을 비교적 많이 고려하였고 뒤이어 ‘내용 지식’을 많이고려하였으나 ‘평가’는 상대적으로 적게 고려하였다. 통합 수준으로는 2가지 측면의 통합이 주로 나타났고, 3가지 측면의 통합이 일부나타났다. 그러나 4가지 측면의 통합은 매우 드물게 나타났다. 주로 ‘학습자와 학습’ 및 ‘지도’ 측면

본 연구의 목적은 베트남 하노이에서 자영업을 운영하는 한국인 이주자들의 입지 특성과 한인 네트워크를 살펴보는 것이다. 이주 한인의 경제활동과 네트워크를 살펴보기 위하여 심층 인터뷰가 진행되었다. 하노이 이주 한인 자영업자는 투자형 국제 이주자로서, 현지 다른 한인 이주자들에게 서비스를 공급하고 있다. 이들은 하노이 내 한인 집적 지역 근처에서 사업을 운영하고 있는데 이는 다른 한인들이 사업 초기 잠재적인 고객으로 작용하기 때문이다. 통신기술의 발달에 따라 한인 이주자들의 네트워크는 오프라인과 온라인 모두에서 나타나고 있다. 사회연결망서비스 활용을 통해 정보 교류가 다자간에 빠르게 이루어지고 있는데, 이는 이들의 사업에 있어 긍정적, 부정적인 영향을 모두 끼치고 있다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 무료로 자유롭게 광고를 할 수 있고 배후지를 확장할 수 있으나, 사업체에 대한 부정적 의견의 빠른 확산을 경계하기도 한다.

지난 기업의 환경적 책임 및 환경 경영 관련 연구들은 온실가스 배출 저감량과 재무성과 증가분 사이에 보이는 정의 관계를 입증하여 기후변화 문제를 새로운 ‘기회’의 영역으로 강조해왔다. 본 연구에서는 기후변화 문제를 ‘위협’으로 간주하고 이에 대한 기업 지배구조 차원의 대응 방안을 모색한다. 우리는 온실가스 배출량과 기업 성과 사이에 부의 관계가 있을 것이라 가정하고, 이 관계에 대해서 집중 소유구조 하의 기업 지배구조상 개별 집단인 지배주주, 경영진, 기관투자자 집단 각각의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 2007~2013년 동안의 한국 제조업 기업을 대상으로 550개의 불균형 패널 데이터를 구성하여 Heckman selection model 분석을 실시한 결과, 온실가스 배출량과 기업의 재무성과 사이에는 부의 관계가 있음이 확인되었고 경영진과 기관투자자는 이 부의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 기후변화 문제와 관련된 제도적 강제력이 높아지고 환경경영에 참여하는 기업 수가 증가

이 연구에서는 교육실습에서 예비화학교사의 발문을 담화 맥락을고려하여 분석하였다. 서울특별시에 소재한 사범대학 화학교육과에재학 중이고, 교육실습에 참여한 예비화학교사 5명이 연구에 참여하였다. 연구참여자들의 한 차시 수업을 녹화하였고, 교수학습 자료를수집하였으며, 면담도 수행하였다. 선행연구의 분석틀을 참고하여 발문을 내용 관련 발문, 정의적 발문, 폐쇄적 발문, 수사적 발문, 구조적발문으로 발문을 분류하였고, 각 발문을 학생들의 응답을 토대로 적절한 발문과 교사 편의적 발문으로 분류하였다. 연구 결과, 몇 가지의유형의 발문은 예비교사들이 맡은 수업 내용의 특성에 따라 빈도가다르게 나타났다. 교사 편의적 발문을 한 후 예비교사들은 학생들의응답을 유도하기보다는 교사가 답을 제시하는 방식으로 주로 수업을진행하였다. 또한, 예비교사들은 학생들의 응답 내용을 활용하는 발문들과 정의적 발문은 거의 사용하지 않았다. 예비교사들은 폐쇄적발문을 학생의 학습 정도를 간단하게 파악하고 상호작용을 촉진하
