연구실 소개
최승혁 교수의 연구실은 심혈관계 질환, 특히 심부전과 급성 심근경색을 중심으로 한 기능적 및 기계적 순환 보조 치료 전략을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 전장동맥외배혈순환(VECMO) 및 심장박동보조기(IABP)와 같은 생명유지 장치의 임상적 적용과 그 결과에 대한 분석을 통해 환자의 생존율 향상과 장기적인 심혈관계 기능 회복을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 또한 뇌질환과 심혈관계에서 아연 이온의 이차적 역할과 Wnt/β-카테닌 신호 경로의 조절 메커니즘을 통해 세포 생존과 신경퇴행성 질환의 기전을 규명하고 있습니다.
