박성혁 교수의 연구실은 사회과 교육 분야에서 법교육의 체계적 개선과 민주시민 역량 함양을 핵심 목표로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 ‘법과 사회’ 교육과정의 내용 구성, 교수법, 평가 방식을 미국의 법교육 가이드와 비교 분석함으로써 실질적인 교육 개선 방안을 모색하고 있으며, 창의적 사고와 고차원적 사고력 함양을 위한 교수-학습 모델 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다. 입학사정관제 연수 프로그램의 효과성 및 교사 인식 분석을 통해 교육 현장의 실질적 변화를 이끌어내는 데도 기여하고 있습니다.
