박성현 교수의 연구실은 전자 및 광전자 소자 분야에서 혁신적인 제조 기술과 나노구조 재료를 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향은 3D 프린팅을 활용한 유기 전자소자 및 광전소자의 전면적 제작, 아연 이온 배터리의 안정성 향상을 위한 표면 개질 기술, 그리고 고성능 투명 전도 필름과 나노미세막 반도체 소재의 개발입니다. 특히, 실온에서의 롤 툴링 및 스프레이 프린팅 기반의 고성능 장치 제작 기술로, 기존의 정밀 공정에 의존하지 않는 새로운 제조 패러다임을 구축하고 있습니다.

We fabricate high-performance, flexible, transparent electrochromic (EC) films and thin film heaters (TFHs) on an ITO/Cu/ITO (ICI) multilayer electrode prepared by continuous roll-to-roll (RTR) sputtering of ITO and Cu targets.
