연구실 소개
임성직 교수의 연구실은 만성 신장질환, 특히 당뇨병성 신손상과 신염성 병변의 염증 및 산화 스트레스 반응에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 레이저, 페퍼민, 시알리카 등 천연물 성분과 약리적 보조요법의 신장 보호 작용을 기반으로, 신세포의 염증 유발 메커니즘과 그 치료 타겟을 규명하고자 합니다. 특히, NLRP3 인플라마좀 유도 및 비유도 경로, 면역세포 침윤, 산화적 손상 등에서의 분자 기전을 다각도로 분석하고 있습니다.

We report a rare case of giant mesenteric lipoma presenting with colicky abdominal pain. We investigated the expression and mutation of three isoforms of the Ras effector RASSF1 in 10 primary osteosarcomas and 6 osteosarcoma cell lines. RASSF1A was not expressed in 40% (4/10) of the primary osteosarcomas and 83.3% (5/6) of the osteosarcoma cell lines.
