기존의 암호 시스템은 도청 및 감청을 방지할 수단이 없으며 컴퓨터의 성능이 향상되어 대규모 연산의 동시 수행 시, 단시간에 암호 해독이 가능한 단점이 있어, 이에 대응하는 새로운 보안 기술로써 양자 암호 통신이 대두되고 있다. 양자 암호 통신은 양자 키 분배와 양자 통신으로 이루어지는 차세대 보안 통신 기술로, 기존의 공개 암호키 방식과 비교했을 때 무조건 안전성(unconditional security)을 실현할 수 있어 주목 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 양자 암호 통신과 양자 키 분배 기술의 개요와 최신 개발 현황을 소개한다. 또한, BB84와 decoy 기술을 무선으로 사용할 때, 도청자의 개입을 확인할 수 있는 수학적인 분석을 수행하였다.

본 논문에서는 이종의 네트워크 환경, 특히 Long Term Evolution(LTE)와 Wireless Fidelity(Wi-Fi) 사이의 수직 핸드오버에서 망의 Congestion 상황을 파악하고 Congestion 정도에 따라 Wi-Fi의 사용을 단계적으로 사용하는 새로운 수직 핸드오버 방식을 제안한다. 새로운 방식의 동기는 RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator)가 높아도트래픽이 증가하여 congestion이 발생하면 네트워크 성능이 떨어지는 것에 기인한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들의 해결을 위하여 Guaranteeing Performance Vertical Handover(GP-VHO)를 제안한다. What does the essay accomplish in a GenAI-saturated world? We consider this problem through our experience of teaching college students as instructors of English literature. Rather than abandoning the form or defending it on nostalgic grounds, this article argues against the “death of the essay,” contending that the emergence of GenAI clarifies what is distinctive about human writing: a process by which a writer discovers and experiments with one’s thinking, and through which one is transformed.
