연구실 소개

정성민 교수의 연구실은 생체리듬과 건강 간의 상호작용을 중심으로 한 전통적 운동요법(Qi-training, ChunDoSunBup)의 생리적·정서적 영향을 과학적으로 분석합니다. 특히 중추성 비만, 면역 반응 조절, 심장 기능 보호 등에 대한 기전 연구를 통해 전통적 치유 방법의 현대의학적 근거를 확립하고자 합니다. 또한, 고 dielectric 상수를 가진 나노소재(CCTO)와 메모리 소자(Phase-Change Memory)의 물리적 특성에 대한 재료 및 시뮬레이션 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

This cross-sectional investigation evaluated the trend of psychological changes by ChunDoSunBup (CDSB) Qi-training using a self-report inventory of emotional distress, Symptom Check List-90-Revision (SCL-90-R). 41 normal healthy subjects (mean age = 20.98 +/- 5.39) and 123 CDSB Qi-trainees (divided into three groups, Q1, Q2 and Q3) participated in this study.
