연구실 소개
박성민 교수의 연구실은 주로 RNA 조절 및 세포 스트레스 반응 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 HuR 단백질의 메틸화 조절을 통해 mRNA 안정성과 관련된 유전자 발현 조절을 규명하며, 산화 스트레스와 관련된 Nrf2 경로의 기전적 기여도를 탐구하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 한국의 유방암 유병 양상과 치료 패러다임 변화를 분석하는 임상 epidemiological 연구도 병행하고 있습니다. 이러한 연구들은 암 및 만성질환의 분자 기전 규명과 맞춤형 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고자 합니다.
