연구실 소개
이승태 교수의 연구실은 백혈병 및 희귀 신경질환의 분자 기전과 진단을 중심으로, 유전체 및 에피제네틱스 분석을 기반으로 한 정밀의료 기반의 신약 타겟 발굴과 치료 전략 개발을 주요 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히, 간판세포 이식, BRAF 돌연변이 검사, 난치성 조기발작 간질의 유전자 진단 등 임상적 응용에 초점을 맞춘 NGS 기반 분석과 에피제네틱스 변화의 역할을 규명하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 종양의 전반적 메틸화 지속성과 관련된 유전적·임상적 특성 간의 연관성 분석을 통해 암의 생물학적 특성 이해에 기여하고 있습니다.
